4 out of 5 stars Seconded Rebecca's impressive and solid Lead

This climb looked amazing from the base and looked like the perfect corner crack. More verticle than Soler but also rated 5.9 I assumed I would be able to lead it and certainly climb it no problem. Rebecca wanted to take the lead and I watched her go and she was flawless. I opted to TR it the first time and luckily I made the right choice. I was hang dogin and flayling all over the place. I felt that nothing really fit for me as holds and I kept peeling off the wall. Later I got beta from Frank Sanders on how to climb it and must go back to try it out and at least climb it cleanly and then think about leading it.

4 out of 5 stars Assembly Line

Reached by climbing Patent Pending. We used a rack to #3 camalot with doubles .5-2. This route got so much hype that we were bound to be a little let down. It seemed easier than Soler, and the moves were repetitive.

4 out of 5 stars fun sustained 5.9

The long second pitch offers a long sustained fingers to hand crack in a corner with painful feet and few rests. pitch 3 was a little dirty and wide. We made the top in three pitches.

5 out of 5 stars What a crack !

Sustained, continuous and wonderfull ! The technical crux is at the beginning, but compared to the following continuous climb, it's nothing.
For me it's a real 5.10a and certainly not a 5.9 !

4 out of 5 stars fun but scary

I don't know if I have enormous hands but I was stacking fingers for most of the route. I love hand cracks but the jams were few between. I got my ass handed to me. Big time sandbag?

5 out of 5 stars Friday the 13th Mayhem

Very nice climb! I taped up but my partners did not so I was actually able to follow clean. My partners would have been able to also if they had taped up. Of course being purists they call me an aid climber. Regardless this was a really nice crack. It accepts pro very well and it's long. We did have 1 leader fall on the route, due to the sustained nature of the route. If I get back I want to try the lead on this one. I think this is actually a sandbag rating, due to sustained nature it should be 10a or at least 9+.

5 out of 5 stars Sustained

An awesome, long, sustained hand-crack. Definitely recommended for a devils tower crack-climbing experience.
