4 out of 5 stars ouch!

tough to start, ( def. stick clip ) even tougher to stay on. very sharp, but a huge "bucket" higher up saves the day. My favorite line at 5.8 crag, great climb.

4 out of 5 stars A giant boulder problem?

The start is the toughest part, I had to go completely horizontal, which is always fun. After that its a jug haul on over hanging rock. Lots of fun. There wasnt any LO or chains when I did it so we donated a small sling w/ bail biner wrapped around the tree. Its good enough to lower off from.

4 out of 5 stars Very fun

I did this route after I lead Squall, which is right next to it. I had to do Squall 1st and talk myself into it. Given the grade I think its equal in difficulty to Squall, the crux is going from the face to around the arete and into the over hang, which then becomes the same type of climb as Squall. Big holds on overhanging rock. Defintely worth doing.

5 out of 5 stars One of the best routes ever

MF is by far one of the best routes at Rumney.....period. Where else can you get every type of climb ( roofs, cracks, slabs, overhangs, side pulls, etc) all in one climb?! This climb packs it all in and still has more to offer. Worth the effort of scrambling up to the start.
A must for your "to do list".

1 out of 5 stars No Fun.

I was talked into doing this route by my buddy, apparently people have mixed feelings about this route. Personally I thought it was horrible. For all the great routes at Rumney, this has been by far the worst one yet. Some ppl like it, but my understanding is overall theres not too many. I wish I could give it less than one star. Erik, I curse you!

5 out of 5 stars Finally!

A great route on great rock. One of my personal favs, for me the hardest part being the start. Glad to have finally lead it clean.
