Belayed a couple of less experienced guys: one guy, first time to climb and one guy, first time to climb on real rock.

Little bit concerned about the pitons here. Plenty of them, fixed and rusting, but not very confidence building. This route could do with being bolted. Someone has started bolting the beginnings of a more direct route, but the old pitons need replacing with bolts as well. The Chimney section has a good view and a thrilling turn out at the end. Good place for one of the smallest Big bro's or a large hex if you don't trust the rusty nails.

Partner lead this route and then top-roped it. Rock quality deteriorates at the top with lots of loose scree. View of the neighboring town and valley from the top anchors was quite nice since it was a good day. A fall at the crux could lead to a nasty fall onto the ledge below.
