5 out of 5 stars best so far at RRC

Awesome route, and I agree with the 10b/c consensus rating, as opposed to 10d on here, or 10a/b that the guidebook says. Lots of fun, spicy moves that make you think "no way" yet turn out to be really good. Easily my favorite route at Red Rock to date, and I've climbed a LOT of routes here.

5 out of 5 stars tick

Not the 10a that RC has listed. 9- at best, like the book says. Also, the book says high crux, and I was waiting for it, but never felt anything that could have been considered cruxy. I would consider this a great route for beginner leaders.

5 out of 5 stars awesome balancy route

Blew the onsight of this route because at the crux I went left when I should have gone right. So after somehow traversing back right my finger strength was gone, and between the microedges and super thin feet I came right off. After pushing through the crux though it was just a walk in the park from then on. Solid 10b in my opinion.

4 out of 5 stars fun!

High first bolt! Seems pretty sketch at first, but ya just have to commit to that one. Then, yes, third bolt made me stop and think for a minute, but the sequence is pretty straight forward, if not incredibly thin. After the third bolt it's definitely 5.7 the rest of the way up.

5 out of 5 stars red

I hate when books downgrade routes. First time I did this route was on toprope, and the guide said 10b. Now that I do it on lead the guide says 10a. Go figure. Definitely a couple spots that require trust issues with your feet, so I would say 10a/b, depending on which holds you can or can't find.

3 out of 5 stars red

Good route. Bottom is very runout, but it's not really noticable since there's plenty of good footholds. After thats its nice and smooth. A little fancy footwork to work up past the last two bolts and you're home free.

4 out of 5 stars whew

Onsighted this last route after having a bad climbing day, mentally. Crux is at the point of a leftward traverse that then starts turning upward. Feels very exposed because your last good footing is maybe 5 feet to the left of your bolt, and the crux heads left another 2 or 3 feet on thin footing and cranks straight upward (pendulum if you rip). But after pushing through this section there's a beautiful ridge to stand on and clip in.
