5 out of 5 stars Awesome roof!

This was most likely the largest roof system I've ever climbed, yet not nearly as hard as it looked. If you pitch off near the end, you'll be learning how to prussic or waiting for a rescue! I really wanted to break it up into 3 pitches, like the book suggested, because my girlfriend was following and I was already pumped below the last roof. I looked for a belay, but could not find one because nearly all of the rock consisted of loose plates. She suggested I just link the last two pitches, so I climbed the final roof with just one piece. As I pulled the lip onto the face, I was looking at a rediculously huge, yet safe and clean fall. I really did not want to fall, so I managed to flail through the last few moves. When she cleaned it, she got up to the last roof and pumped out, taking a HUGE pendulum (clean but scary swing). We were both glad I only placed one piece on the final roof, because it made cleaning and hauling much easier. Again, it is a very clean, safe fall, for both the leader and second, even without much gear, because you are 90 feet out on the rope and 150 feet of the deck!

Moral of the story, place gear often and early, because you'll want (have?) to run it out in the end!

5 out of 5 stars A hard classic

Very thin but very safe. This route took some work, but I managed to redpoint it on the second try today.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect day!

After waiting all summer for the right conditions, I was able to finally lead this beauty yesterday. It was a cool, crisp, fall day and the friction was perfect. It felt amazing to finally bring closure to this project!

5 out of 5 stars Finally redpointed

After not trying this route for a few months, I jumped back on it and cruised it. Somehow it felt easy this time! I placed a blue TCU before the first bolt, because it's a really hard clip if you're under 5.10ish.

5 out of 5 stars Fun Classic Dihedral!

I got into the crux and realized I was out of sequence so I decided to yoyo back to a rest. After looking over the crux for a few seconds, I climbed back into it and it went down smooth! Super fun and exciting!

4 out of 5 stars At my limit on TR

This route is real bouldery at the crux. Much harder than other 12b's I've climbed. Placing gear at the crux is super hard, so I have not let it. But soon.....

4 out of 5 stars Nice technical crux

I found a few good rests to de-pumpify, so it felt more like 5.11 endurance to me. Robby saw an 11 year old kid onsight this on TR last weekend.

4 out of 5 stars Nice route

This was my first time back in B-boro since I was a beginer. Back then it felt like all choss, but now I can appreciate the nice clean lines like this one.
