a nice easy sport route

It's only contrived if you make it that way by climbing absolutely straight up. Move around a little. It is enjoyable, with representative rumney holds and moves, including a kneebar if you like, at an easy grade.

A few years ago, with Tom's permission, the route was fully retroed , with nice 1/2 glue-in bolts added for protection and anchors.

Make sure to be considerate and don't top rope directly through the anchors, but through your own quickdraws.

First 13a barefoot and no kneepad! This is a very good route, especially for your first 13 if you have a bit of indurance. Steep but requires precision

Wonder-I think you were actually on "Though Shallt Not Covet"5.9, the Coveted has a gnarly ring jam move heading out left on the upper face to the anchors. Shallt Not continues straight up to the big chain anchors.

Wow! Why do none of the big guns get on this? It has got almost everything; crimps, jugs, heinous footwork,power moves, an all points off dyno, it's long, has exposure, roofs and a pumpy finish.****Must lead.
