Good limestone slab.

Pro is decent on this route (it is fully bolted), but you'll need to keep you head together getting from the last bolt to the anchor if you don't bring pro.

Strenuous fun...

Note that this route is a trad lead and takes pro to 2" if you lead it. Getting past the long reach is the crux, and pro doesn't come exactly where you want it. You should be confident at the grade. The anchor only has two bolts and no chain, so bring some webbing.

Confusion

To clear up a couple of things... this route, "The Nose" starts on the OUTSIDE of the hallway and ascends the left arete. It does NOT start inside the hallway. In fact, there is NO bolt line inside the hallway. The other "unknown 5.9" is really the Nose and this one doesn't really exist (except as a TR from the anchors). Clear as mud?

Curious to hear that story Austin...

Anyway, I'm not sure I found this route. The route we did (which was the first route going LEFT from that big crevice you can go through to get to the main wall) There were four bolts, I thought it was .10b or so.

Anybody got the beta on this route?

Fun...

But I'm confused about this and the other "unknown 5.9". Seems to me to be the same route. It starts on the outside wall and then moves right around ther corner for the final bolt, right?

Anyway, 4 bolts, three on the outside, one on the inside and chain anchors on the inside.

Easiest climb to the summit

If it wasn't for that, this wouldn't see much traffic. Awkward with huge ledges that break up the fun.

Stick by the bolt and climb the little faces in between ledges for a more challenging
