the beginning was pretty greasy, so it was a bit of a trip when i kept losing feet, but that could just be sloppy footwork.

freakin cold
one of the first climbs of the day, and was definitely a challenge with frozen fingers. Overall it was really fun. lots of good pockets.

my first 5.11
awesome, awesome climb. Really tough with a couple technical spots, but going up above the bulge on the second half of the climb was fun. Hit it just at sunset, and the view was unreal

Really fun route. The first 10d i've led and i had to stop basically at each bolt for a rest. Great climb though.

A good place to start
First outdoor climb I ever did. I can't go back to plastic! It definitely tripped me out on numerous occasions.

what roof?
I felt a little exposed on the slight roof area but found a good foot and managed to get up and go over it. There was a bit of drag towards the top depending on where you place the anchor but nothing to get worked up over. Again, it was a great view from the top.
