Ascent Note
This was a fun route in a very isolated and quiet area. My partner and I had a hard time finding the bolts after the first two pitches, but we made it. We ended up taking the variation with goes straight up about midway along the 4th pitch. Look for a bolt way up there instead of traversing right to the tree for 'Table for Two'. The fifth pitch has 3 bolts over the 130ft, but it's easy terrain... Wonderful line on great rock.

Ascent Note
A remarkable climb. Despite all the horrors we'd heard of nonexistent trails, and harried decents, we went up and down smoothly. Fantastic area.

Ascent Note
Bolted slabs in Sedona? Pitch 2 and 3 are really fun. Once at top, rappel anchors are 20ft right of the pitch 4 belay anchors. Two double rope rappels to get off. Look for the second set of rappel anchors - shared with 3 bolt anchor at pitch 2 of Big Corner

Ascent Note
The crux pitch is definitely the first. Be sure to get in to the right crack - it protects much better. Great placements and good crack make it enjoyable. I'm told doing just the first pitch the route is called 'Magnolia', the remainder of the pitches is the 'Thunderpussy'. It makes men happy.

Ascent Note
Great route - there is a 5.7/8 option about midway of pitch 2, before the teardrop offwidth. Traverse left to a right angling crack. Layback the crack to end at the same anchors. After doing both ways - I prefer the straight up, less rope drag and more fun. Note: no belay anchors after turning the roof.

Ascent Note
Great route - I followed the version as told in inthe intial route description posted here. There are many variations possible for this route. Definitely make the exit pitch to the top, why just stop at the top of the Flying buttress?

Good route, easy access. Gets the afternoon sun on the first couple of pitches. Nice laid back route with some fun moves.
