4 out of 5 stars First pitch is el cracko, second el diablo

Great first pitch. Second pitch is strenuous 5.8 the ENTIRE way up. I didnt find the buldge to be the crux, rather the 15 feet below the buldge where you run out of right feet and right hand on the opposing wall. Then the smearing gets a little slick. Great climb though.

First route on the trail from the south. Great top route set up with two hangers on a steady footed ledge. Short crack with sparse feet.

The hardest part is the first fifteen feet and then it's smooth sailing to the top. Pretty cool view at the belay station under the roof.

It was good enough for me to do it a second time the next day. My first acsent was wet, which made for a very dirty chimney move on the start. The second day was dryer and much more enjoyable. Good placements, enjoyable moves, only a couple 5.7 moves.
