The hanger holds two carabiners at once and is built from grain-aligned NiCrMo steel and each boasts the simple Speed Grinder Knob that is always available and ready to use; no flipping levers, installing spinning handles or any other such shenanigans. Fear not, by the way, of cross-loading that knob ... it's designed to fold away under moderate force.
