I've had my Contour IV (90 + 15 Liters) for 6+ years and have no complaints. It weighs a little much, but the load stability, comfort and durability makes it all worth it. The adjustable back suspension is great. I've used it for weekend hikes, international travel, and have snowboarded backcountry with it fully loaded (and a smaller pack strapped to my chest, ouch). I believe Lowe Alpine makes excellent packs and are worth buying if on sale.

I am very impressed with the quality and design of Lowe Alpine packs yet again. The contour 3 will be a great addition to my outdoor equipment. From its very ergonomic design and comfort through ajustment this pack is great for a long day of climbing or a number of days backpacking. It even has a water bladder pocket inside. I would recomend Lowe Alpine packs to anyone after having purchased a couple of them since i was a kid.
