A very good pad. The foam layers can be swapped so you can have a softer or a harder catch when falling. The carry straps are usefull and the folding straps can be used to carry a small pack with your usual bouldering gear. I find it interesting for the lone boulderer but indeed the fold can be a problem if your ankle get caught in it and it might not alone be enough for highballs. One last point, a small additional pad (Beal sells one for 49,- Euros) can be sandwiched in it and this can be nice for those SDS where the crux is a bit farther. I paid 149,- Euros for this pad which is the average price for the size.
