Got this to compliment my main super-comfy cragging/trad harness, and wanted to use this one for alpine. At the same weight (and way more comfort - and a belay loop) as the BD Alpine Bod, and gear loops and a big split back, I'm set. It doesn't absorb nearly any water, and has lots of adjustment range for layering. Padding is pretty good, though I get 'harness kisses' if I hang in it too much. Also, not terribly packable/compressible. But overall 5-star great for my moderate alpine self, just not 5-star everything.

I really like this harness. The only this that was a bit sketchy was that the padding didnt come around quite far enough on the outside of the leg, so it tended to rub on the webbing a bit. Really secure harness though, and it adjusts really easily.

Simply great, this i smy second harness, and it is comfortable, easy to adjust. Simply great. Secure, good gear hoops, well made, and light.

I was used to the BD Momentum harness, but when i bought this one, my climbing level "climbed", itīs almost as if it werenīt there, very light, very confortable. Has got a velcro for buckleing assistance. Only cons, gear loops are not stiff and no haul loop,
