I love this is perfect for ice climbing. Just the right size to hold everything that you could possible need for just about anything (the only time i have ever run out of space has been during a beer run). It has every feature you might possible need for any winter or summer sport but it isn't loaded down with any unneeded crap (except possibly the whistle sternum strap). It is super durable and it carries lighter loads really comfortably. Having said all of this I do have some criticism for Wild Things. First, the waterproof zipper on the brain is very difficult to deal with. It jams on a regular basis and I think that they would have been smart to put on a standard zipper instead. Secondly, the tool tubes are a hassle. They really keep the tools stationary and out of the way, however, the buckle that holds the tool in place is not adjustable and can cause issues if your tools have bulkie leashes. If that buckle were adjustable it would be a whole lot nicer. These are both minor issues that I have and would recommend this pack to just about anyone. It is a bit pricey but if you can afford it, buy it!
