Comfortable! Having it rated for different sports makes me a bit more comfortable in situations where I'm worried about smacking my head against a rock (also a backup kayak helmet). But I love this helmet because I hate the weight on my head of helmets in general even "ultra-light" when I look up. With this helmet if I didn't have friends that didn't want me to look like an extreme dork while with them I may have ended up wearing this during post climb meals because I forget I have it on.
