HB Wales make a variety of cams. They come in both single stem and double stem. Three cam units and four cam units. They have a terrific size range.

HB quadcams 4 out of 5 stars

picked up a full set on the cheap a couple of years ago. definitely my workhorse cams. single-finger trigger is either a love it or a hate-it; depends on you. had some initial stick in camming action, but a good cleaning and they are fine. if you can afford BD or WC buy em, but HB certainly gets the job done.

After using one or two of these cams on a friends rack last summer, i can safely say its my least favorite cam ive ever used. the ring trigger is funky, and i found it made the cams a bit harder to retract. the units also seemed to have weird action, and i was unimpressed by the range. if the ring trigger really apeals, they might be for you, but i think that your money could be better spent elsewhere.

These are my workhorse cams. Don't climb in the winter, so the trigger/glove issue doesn't bother me. Very solid, and, for me, a good compromise between quality and expense versus camalots or WC products.

my budy has a set. they feel just as solid as any other cam but the single finger trigger gets me down. i just dont like it but another drawback is that you couldnt place them with gloves on an alpine climb. great except for the trigger.

I've owned a set of these cams for a whiole now and I think the medium sized power cams are OK but the larger ones suck.

The wires/stem aren't heavy enough and I find the top of the cam flopping around when I'm placing it and the trigger on the bigger cams is rather "sticky" and doesn't always retract the lobes when it's pulled.

Just like with anything else, you get what you pay for.
