BD spot 4 out of 5 stars

Nice little lamp. Works well for any basic outting. Bike riding almost is too fast for the light beam however. Its a solid lamp that weighs little and is cheap $$$. The hinging mecinism is a tad flimsey but overall it stays in place. It has a H M L and blinking on both the main spot and the flood light modes, wich is nice for picking the exact amount of light you need. The battery life is great, I think that I go through a set of batts once a summer season. Overall that adds to a least a hundred hours of burn time. Its reasonabley water resistant too, I droped mine over board while boating, and it kept on ticking. For the pice its one of the best that I have found. The pros deffantly out weigh the cons. I recomend this lamp for any camping trip and where light is needed under 50 feet or so.

Super bright. Very light and compact. Long battery life. Easy to use controls. The ONLY downside is the flimsy way in which the headband attaches to the body of the light. I used some electrical tape to prevent losing the light if it gets bumped.

Got this to replace my Princeton Tec Aurora that I lost. The Spot is much brighter for around the same price and size.
