No more forearm pain 4 out of 5 stars

Review by: Climbin4Vs, 2007-05-04

I noticed that everytime I went climbing my forearms would be killing me. I did several exercises but nothing really helped. This product has made a huge difference! However I still cannot start it with the advanced techniques so I must depend on the string. All in all I'm happy with it and watching someone use it for the first time makes it worth buying.

it's decent 4 out of 5 stars

I have to say even though it isn't the greatest for strength training it is a great toy for when you're bored ha ha. and i have to agree, it is hilarious to watch people try it for the first time ha ha. i'd have to say overall it is a fairly good product but it seems to be more for entertainment than climbing.

This product is great. If any of the previous posters would have taken the time to do the research they would have learned that this tool won't help a climbers grip. It will however assist in preventing "climbers elbow" (tennis elbow or whatever else you want to call it). tyify was correct when saying not to overuse. Use it for 5-10 minutes once or twice a day and all of your elbow aches will go away. Peace

Although this is a good device for general strength training, it does little for your climbing. You just don't use the type of movement in climbing that this device builds muscle for. Save your money and buy a hangboard.
