Freeing a stuck haul bag

How to free a haul bag without rapping down to it. The key is to allow the haul bag to lower away from the obstruction, and swing outwards. A series of up-and-down movements sets up a swinging motion in the haul bag, allowing it to work its way out and around the lip of the roof.
