Rock Climbing Photos : Bouldering : Big jump at End Loop cave

Big jump at End Loop cave

Big jump at End Loop cave

Most of the End Loop boulders looked deserted except for this terrifying-looking solo thing that just screams "Jason Kehl scarefest." Starts by jumping off a 5-foot tall boulder (blown out thing on left) and latching two marginal roof holds, then climbing out the roof, traversing the lip on grim looking things, and airing it out in better but damn high holds over a body-busting featured slab. Maybe 40 feet? And looks hard. Here, Alex just plays on the starting leap.
