Well, I'm sure everyone else sees a big move some where and says "wow that would be fun to try". So I did just that. The feet are pretty low on the garage makeing the distance between the edges feel even farther. Two swings and leap later I'm at the window. :) Took me about a few days after first looking at it to finely stick it.

This is a pic of my new crackmachine. It's 16' high and is temporarily mounted to our 2nd story deck. I can adjust it's width from 1-6" as well as adjust the angle to make it < or > vertical. I've only used it a couple times, but so far it's working pretty sweet!

This is my home wall in Richardson, TX. I am looking for other folks that have home walls in the Dallas area. In lieu on a "real" climbing out here, I'd like to start and artifical "circuit". My info is on the this site.

This is a picture of the climbing wall that I built for the New Durham (NH) Elementary school. After raising the funds, designing and building the wall, and showing the PE teachers how to belay, the kids are now enjoying climbing in school. Notice that the "Old Man of the Mountains" lives on in the upper left corner!

A picture of me at the final of the Irish Bouldering League comps. They are the best during the winter when you can't climb outside. DCU has a great indoor wall!

heres a shot of the woodie i built in my garage in HighSchool. the shot is looking down from the rafter level. The wall is 6 and a half feet wide and overhangs at 40 degrees. theres a foot and a half tall kick board, then the wall is 10 feet tall, where the verticle board starts which extends another 2 and a half feet. only the pictured side has ply on the arete (the other is access for storage).

This is a easy warm up climb at the City of Rockville Climbing Gym. Nothing like a little indoor climbing when the weather gets you down.

This problem can be done in any of the rooms on the top floor of the Kapaa Shores Condos in Kapaa, Hawaii. I challenge anyone to repeat this, cause it's kinda fun. A bit twisted while rounding the corner from under the stairs to the upper floor, but still pretty simple.
Pic Taken by Elisha Davis, while Ben Bates watched from the kitchen. Neither of them managed to send it, by the way. ;-)
