Ok, I thought I was going to get my stitches out today. It didn't happen. Here is my foot, 9 days after surgery. It's still really sore and swollen. Now I have to do gentle range of motion exercises. It hurts when I do it. Left foot will be done on November 23rd.

Mitch and I got married on October 24th, here were are dancing for the first time as husband and wife. We met 7 years ago on RC.com

Mitchal and I got married on October 24th, 7 years after we met on RC.com.

Mitchal is about to get his first water experience during our canyoneering adventure. He doesn't know it, but, it's icy cold on your feet.

It's cold (late October) and we did our long swim from the bottom of Wilbur canyon across clear creek. I was very frozen when I got out of the water.

After the long, icy swim in Clear Creek, my fingers and toes were screaming in pain. I have prior frostbite and my fingers and toes are very sensitive to cold.

We spent our honeymoon in Sedona. This is day two of our honeymoon. We decided to have our first canyoneering experience. It's a combination of hiking, swimming and rappelling into slot canyons. I am at the top of our first rappel, hoping that there is no water at the landing.
