Chongo Jumps For Joy
The legendary Chongo Chuck jumps from a cliff next to the Rostrum as 'Singer' looks on. This jump system was set up by Dan Osman; many climbers jumped on the system over a two-day period in ’98. The jump was about 230 feet in height, on a single rope. Note the 'Super Chongo' cape; Dano taped a large 'C' with a diamond around it to the back of the cape with white cloth tape, but you can't see it in this picture - classic!
