Jerry Miszewski and I set this up a few times last Nov, double t-18 with 20' sag. Jerry sent on the last rig setting the newest record. Gnarly reverb, any shaking took 3-4 seconds to travel to the other end and come back. Softest whippers I have ever taken. Photo by Preston Alden

First time try on slackline by one of the guides (an Akha guy; Sakjai) at Boomerang Park. There are two slacklines there, each about 8 meters, and each with overhead safety cable.

First time attempt by student climbing guide, she's a Thai student at local university. Currently there are two slacklines at Boomerang Adventure Park, each with overhead 10 mm steel safety cable. Each goes between large rocks. The slackline itself is 3 inches wide.

One of two slacklines or 'tightropes' At Boomerang Park. This girls is trying it for her first time, so the tether to the overhead 10mm safety cable is rather tight. The slacklines are 3 inch wide heavy straps (used for furniture construction), and stretch about 25 feet from rock to rock.
