Description:

Follows obvious 200m rib up the northern (I think) side of this speccy mountain. No route-finding difficulties here, absolutely awesome!

5 out of 5 stars First major multi-pitch

This was my first real experience on a long multipitch in an "alpine" setting. This is an absolute classic climb with a real exposed atmosphere all the way up the rib! Pro is there but tricky to find.

Spectacular route, breathtaking views at every belay, exposure to spare, good pro. What more could you ask for? Pitch 3 - swinging out and around the steepening rib/arete will stay with me forever. Climb on!

Very enjoyable and highly recommended for the adventurous climber. Crossing the arete was hairy and airy. A nice introduction to the Bungles. We were fortunate to descend the 'green glacier' in the dry.
