About Bowderstone Crags (OS):

An area of immense popularity with just about everyone. The Bowderstone itself is a boulder 40 feet wide and 20 feet high, with a lot of hard bouldering on it. The Bowderstone Crag is up the hill with about 30 routes from lower Diff to E6, and is west facing and sunny. There is also Woden's Face, a small popular buttress with some 60 foot Diffs and Severes, excellent for beginners. Quayfoot Buttress has around 15 routes, 100 feet long in the HVS to Extreme grades. A very good area.
