About Goldsborough Carr (OS):
A nice gritstone outcrop, though it is only 20 feet high at the tallest, but offering plenty of climbing with over 50 routes. At 1,200 feet above sea level, it gets chilly in the winter, but a lot of the routes face south, and being short, are still fun on the cold winter days. Easy and hard problems, something to occupy everyone. Worth a visit and a boulder. |
