A really good, small sandstone crag about 20 feet tall. There are a few Severe and VS short routes, but many hard bouldering problems. All the climbing is in a pleasant setting and dries out quickly. |

| Directions: | OS 88 GR NZ 288 438 Alt. 60m 1.5 miles NE of Durham Centre. The crags are in the woods to the left of the A690 dual carraigeway, halfway to the motorway junction. There is a car park to the left just before the slip road going off to Carville. From here a footpath leads into the woods and down to the crags in about ten minutes. |
