About Slipstone Crag (OS):

A very good gritstone crag with about 100 routes to 30 feet and at least that many more boulder problems. All grades from Diff to E5 with at least 50 in the grades below VS. Plenty of good bouldering here and a nice SW facing position for the colder months. Worth a long visit. |

| Directions: | OS 99 GR SE 138 821 Alt. 300m 14 miles NW of Ripon, one mile NE of Colsterdale. From Masham on the A6108, take a small road leading west through the village of Healey to the fork leading to Colsterdale. Take this right for almost 2 miles to a parking spot on the right and walk along the road for another quarter mile until a footpath leads off right to the rocks in about 5 minutes. |
