About Black Rocks (OS):

Some excellent gritstone rocks up to 60 ft. tall, with routes covering all standards. They appear small at first, but once on a route they take on a different perspective. About 60 or so routes and some very good bouldering. |

| Directions: | OS 119 GR SK 293 557 Alt. 257m 3 miles south of Matlock. Take the A6 south to Cromford, then the B5035 south up the hill. After seven-tenths of a mile, turn left to the car park and the rocks. |
