This is an outstanding route, a groundbreaker when put up in the early 1980s. Follow the beautiful line up the right arete of the wall to the right of North Gully. This route has the bare minimum of holds, spaced out pro, and a desperate crux in the middle of hard climbing. The groove in the arete is climbed past a small nut placement to a break, where you can place a friend or two. Moving left leads to the crux sequence, and a still difficult finish (bring a #3 RP). Classic, hard, and rarely onsighted.
