About Mow Cop (OS):

A very unique rock formation. The Old Man of Mow has about half a dozen routes around 60 feet long, mostly HVS. Descent is via rappell. There are some quarries nearby with about 40 routes in the middle grades. They are set beneath the castle, and easily accessed from the parking area.
