About Saoû - La Granville:

This small rock formation east of the village of Saoû is made of a sandy limestone which has an excellent friction, except in some very often climbed routes.

This is a sport crag with approx. 80 routes under 25 m. They are well protected with a 2-point or 3-point chain at the top in general. It can be overcrowded as it's easy to get there ; it's also in the shade but the crag is subject to the cold wind woming from the North, the famous mistral.
