About Le Croisic:

Sea cliff, Le Croisic is made out of granite like all the crags of Bretagne! Being over the water, you have to watch for the low tide if you want to climb quietly. Some of the routes are even only climbable by low tide. The anchors can be a bit rusty too sometimes!!
You will find there a hundredth of routes, from 5 to 12 meters or so, on a half mile length. The area starts at the BPBA campground (west) and finishes at a standing stone, called here a menhir (east). The routes are bolted, but sometimes you can (or must) add some trad climbing gear. And of course, as they are not high, you can boulder them! But just watch for the ground, which is all but safe for bouldering...

You can climb there all year long except maybe when the sea is enraged... In summertime, you can swim and dive, of course. In wintertime, the air is humid, but never cold ; well, that's what people say there, up to you to try!
