About Igel:

A nice sandstone cliff up on a hill overlooking the mosel river right next to the border with luxemburg, the routes go from around 5 to about 15 meters with lots of cracks and some nice block and arete routes, protection is in place and the area is constantly monitored and kept in good condition so the pro is first rate. there are fences around the tops of the climbs from which you can set up top ropes if leading isnīt your bag.

There is a sign announcing that climbing is only possible with a permit but it doesnīt seem to be strongly enforced
