About Morgenbachtal:

The Morgenbachtal is one of the oldest climbing areas of Germany, beautiful surroundings and the number of easy climbs making it popular. Most of the quartzite routes are between 20 and 60 feet high, many of them accessible from top. A perfect place for beginners and people who like to take it easy. Reaching the top one gets an unbelievable sight over the Rhein river.
Nearest town or city: Bingen
Directions: From Mainz get on A60 towards Bingen, after following the signs for about 15-25 minutes there will be an exit towards Bingen(B9), take this road towards Bacharach. You'll leave the autobahn at this point and end up driving right down the Rhein River. You need to pass right by Bingen.
