About Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso (Gran Paradiso National Park):

Italy's oldest and best known national park. It is located in the Graian Alps.[3] The park is named after Gran Paradiso mountain, which is located in the park.
Nearest town or city: Turin
Directions: By Car Piedmont If you want to reach the Piedmont slope of the Park, from Turin take the SS 460 of the Valle Orco, turn right at Pont Canavese in the direction of the Val Soana or go ahead until you get to Ceresole Reale; from Ivrea (connecting highway Milano) follow the SS 565 of Castellamonte meeting the SS 460 in Rivarolo Canavese. Valle d'Aosta If you want to reach the Valle d'Aosta slope of the Park, follow the A5 highway in the direction of Aosta and the Mt. Bianco tunnel, taking the exit Aosta ovest in the direction of the Cogne, Savarenche, and Rhemes valleys.
