Description:

Approach from the ski center car park and walk across the front of Coire an t'Sneachda (a path may be visible) to the spur separating it from Coire an Lochain. Walk up this spur until the ridge becomes rocky. Follow the crest until easy ground is reached where it joins the plateau. An excellent introduction to Scottish winter climbing, affording excellent views of the coires in good weather. A rope is advisable, but escape possibilities to the right side of the ridge are numerous.
