Chulilla is a small beautiful village situated on the top of a limestone canyon where practising climbing can be a great pleasure. Most of the routes here are bolted and 1 pitch, although you can find some long trad routes (up to 100m). As an exception there is a 400m long route that follows a long transverse along the canyon (only for big wallers). There is a climbers' camping-refuge at Chulilla that is cheap and nice (my opinion). Most of sections are in the canyon, by the village (1-15 min. away), although there are some others (like Cherales) some km's away. You can find topos at the refuge. Climbing is a possibility all year long although summer can be very, very hot. Anyway you can bathe at El Turia river... Ah, don't miss the casttle at Chulilla.
