About Devils Gorge (OS):

An impressive and little developed gorge around 120 feet tall. There are about 20 routes, all above SEVERE, but room for plenty more. Worth visiting, incredibly scenic. Be careful of the tourists throwing things off the bridge. Hard climbs on the South face, easier ones on the North face

4.5 miles west of Mold. Take the A494 for four miles and park by the small hamlet of Loggerheads. From here, a footpath runs northeast along the bank of the River Alyn. Follow this to the crag and enjoy about 30 minutes of very scenic walking up to the gorge.
