Description:

Nice new bolted line that starts 10-15m right of Twilight Zone. Graded 5.9 in the topo on tabvar.org, but seems comparable in difficulty to Gray Waves. Fun situations through a couple of roofs on the second and third pitches. Does not reach the top of the crag.

Descent Options:

Rap with a single 60m rope, or finish on the top pitch of Twilight Zone(pitons - no gear required) and walk off.

4 out of 5 stars Blue Bubble

Did the best pitches, 1&3. Basically a slightly easier version of Rouge Wave to the right.

4 out of 5 stars Blue Bubble

Fun route did the normal way up not the p3 right variation; finished on the last pitch of Twilight so that we could walk off. P1 has 6 bolts area guide book says 5. Pretty solid route P1 one is probably the crux, P2 is pretty slabby; P3 has some fun moves to get over the bulge.

4 out of 5 stars New Kid Goat sport climbs!

Fun route bolted last summer along with a number of other routes from the tree island. Being more accessible than the tree island routes, this one should quickly get as popular as Gray Waves. If there is a party behind you, rather than rapping you should probably top out using the last pitch of Twilight Zone.
