Dune Wall
About Dune Wall:
On the left side of Angel Glacier is a massive quartzite face sporting many traditional climbs and the occasional sport climb. The climbing is mainly follows quartzite cracks and is up to 4 pitches. Rockfall is a real issue here (refrigerator sized boulders HAVE and WILL come down) and many routes are undeveloped (build your own belay stations) Check gravity gear in Jasper for a topo from the old Jasper Rock guide by Dave Robinson. Or keep waiting for the new one. |
