Description:

Starts in the corner right of Pilot's Crack. Young Kyle and Uncle H struggled up this old route on top-rope, but did not lead it. This line was climbed the past, as evidenced by old cut branches and stumps, at top and bottom. All the loose flakes were removed, but some greenery should also be cut. I chose a new name in the aviation theme. A great challenge if you like continuous 10b off-widths and trad gear. Too hard for us!

3 out of 5 stars Anchors but no chains

Today we added anchors to this route, Flying Circus, but did not place chains as this is not our route. We also cleaned out the small amount of brush. This is a good route, which we top-roped. You will need big cams and big ----- to lead it. Hopefully some of the proceeds from the sale of the local guide will be used to buy the chains.
