Start up between two waterfalls on 3rd class terrain. Climb gullies,
cracks and chimneys along ridge crest until forced to make an
exposed traverse rightwards on some loose rock to a chimney. The chimney leads up to a band of white rock climbed in two pitches to the top. Descend South East Gully to Elk Pass or rappel route.

An easy outing if you are willing to search around for ramps and ledges on the climber's left side of the buttress. The last pitch is on nice rock, take a big (4") hex for pro. The descent is the biggest challenge, swinging from cedar bushes. Superb views all the way.
