About Skeleton Lake Rd #2:

This area is sometimes known locally as Devilface or Devil's Pulpit. There are some rock routes here but they would require the use of a boat. The ice routes can be fickle and sometimes do not fatten up. The rock starts from the lake while the ice routes involve a talus slog to the right.
Nearest town or city: Bracebridge
Directions: Follow Skeleton Lake Rd #2 and park without upsetting the locals. The marina owner will sometimes allow parking but only if you ask first. Otherwise walk to the end of the road and gain the lake at the marina. Cross the lake to the right and around a peninsula until the cliff comes into view.
