About Bon Echo:

Tons of old school trad routes straigt off of the water. Enjoy the beautiful park and the largest colletion of Native American petroglyphys in Ontario. However, due to the location in a Provincial Park there are certain restrictions that MUST be understood and obeyed, but they are not demanding, so it is no problem. RESTRICTIONS: -no new route development or placement of bolts -slings must not be placed on trees (suitable anchor placement is available to prevent this) -rappelling is not permitted with the exceptions of established rap stations on Thunder Crack, The Slab, Saucer Lucy, and in emergencies Camping and boat service (on organized dates) is available specifically for ACC members. Otherwise, camping is available at the park.
