About Crow's Nest:

To get there you can just follow the path starting from the top of Flat Face. You'll have to do a bit of bush wacking since the trail's a little grown in, but keep to the left 'til you get to the next set of rock. Just follow along the rock until you reach close to the end. At the top there's actually one of those huge wire pins in the rock I guess from old power lines - good as an ancor too. Anyhow, you can set up top rope there and rapel, or do a bit of a hike around the face to the bottom. It's called the crow's nest, because there's a crow's nest under the overhang... just don't piss off the mother. This section's about 25meters.
