Start at the base of an imposing chimney between a skyscaper sized detached tower and the main wall. shimmy up some easy 5th class (5.4?, 60ft, 2 bolts) to the belay/rapstation on top of a huge chock stone in the chimney. Proceed directly up the chimney, past the chockstone to a bolted anchor with chains. (5.7+/5.8, 90ft, 6 bolts) Two raps to the ground with a single 60M, or a single double rope rap on the outside of the spire.

4 out of 5 stars Watch out for the raspberry bushes

Due to lack of use there is a lot of raspberry and other prickly bushes growing on the bottom half of P1. The webbing on belay/rap station at the top of P1 is quite old, bring some extra to back it up. The bolts are in good shape though.
The folks at Mountain View B&B are great and allowed us to launch our canoe from there place.
