The Ile-aux-Raisins area on the Jacques Cartier River near Pont-Rouge has excellent ice climbing and mixed routes in the winter. (The rock is too poor to climb in summer.) You can find a PDF topo to this area at

Directions: Pont-Rouge is about thirty minutes west of Quebec City, or 2.5 hours east of Montreal. See images for directions to the Ile aux Raisins area. In the winter, camping is tolerated on the field that is plowed to provide parking.
