The Ile-aux-Raisins area on the Jacques Cartier River near Pont-Rouge has excellent ice climbing and mixed routes in the winter. (The rock is too poor to climb in summer.) You can find a PDF topo to this area at www.drtopo.com.
Each year there is a Festiglace ice climbing comp, drawing hundreds of ice climbers, many from international destinations. You'll find a schedule and other info at www.festiglace.com.
